Abstract
Bioresorbable materials have shown promising results in medical applications (suture anchors, interference screws, craniofacial plates etc). In order to design products made of bioresorbable materials a deep understanding of the thermomechanical response behavior of such materials is required. In this paper, a suitable testing program involving numerical simulation, experimental tests and identification of constitutive parameter is proposed.
