Abstract
Personalized Ventilation Systems have been the focus of many researches in the air conditioning area. The application of such methods allows to create a region around the user called a microclimate, in which the individual can control the temperature and the air flow released over him. Through simulation results using Computational Fluid Dynamics, a data analysis was performed using the R software, which enabled the creation of a multiple linear regression model using the correlations method between the studied input variables. Therefore, for each collected point, the regression model was used to find a relation between the input variables with the temperature and air speed at that point. Then, a sensitivity analysis was made to study the influence of the input variables on that point. The study noted that the temperature regression model adequately described the phenomenon, while the speed was well described in the central microclimate region. The sensitivity analysis showed that the external temperature, the speed and the insufflation temperature directly influence the temperature of the microclimate points, while only the insufflation speed is relevant to the speed of the points.
