The accomplishment of studies in the cultivation of bean grains depends on technical tests with the cooking of these grains. By the methodology of these tests, the samples must be prepared 8 hours before the cooking. Their preparation is carried out at 30-minute intervals, at night, so that cooking starts throughout the day. Due to this ergonomic problem at work, this paper aims automation for the process; through mechanisms driven by a stepper motor. The system must pour the beans into their respective pots with distilled water; at the correct interval of sample preparation. An Arduino controls the stepper motor, which saves the preparation time for each sample, and reports it later to the operators. Therefore, with this project, the samples production will be better. Also, reduce the working hours more flexible.
