Abstract
In the department of renewable energy, the use of solar energy has been gaining a lot of space. The number of studies on the performance and optimization of this type of energy has grown considerably. The use of concentrator can increase the performance of solar cells. This work shows a systematic review on the development of previously published works on linear Fresnel concentrators. The searches were made on Scopus and Web of Science and they show the evolution of the number of published articles on this theme and the development of concentrating photovoltaic-thermal systems through the years.
