Abstract
This work aims to design the thermodynamic and structural parameters of a Laval Turbine. This model of thermal machine was chosen because it has several applications in the most varied sectors of the industry and, therefore, studying the operation and design of the Laval Turbine enables the execution of a current and essential project for mechanical engineering. In the execution of the project, computational tools were used that enabled the construction of an algorithm, capable of simplifying the understanding of the variation of the parameters and their interrelations, essential for the operation of a turbine of this size.
