Abstract
Stereolithography is one of the most used processes of additive manufacturing. It uses a liquid resin as raw material, and a curing reaction changes a layer of this resin to solid state, as any kind of manufacturing process, it has its limitations. Among all limitations, the shrinkage in parts manufactured by Stereolithography is the most common phenomenon. To minimize it, it is very important to know which parameters involved in the process of manufacturing can affect the amount of shrinkage in the printed parts. In this article, the shrinkage of dimensions of parts different oriented and different located is analyzed by the technique of two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). According to the results, it was found that the location of the parts on the platform is an important factor according to the orientations of the dimensions of different geometries.
