Abstract
The pulp and paper warehouses are not always efficient, and might consuming unnecessary resources, too many spaces, among other classic problems, which result in loss of money, and are often not considered in their entirety in the optimization processes in ne Projects. On the other hand, when the intelligence technologies and traceability are used, they use to be highly efficient, so becoming Smart Warehouses. This work will describe, in a practical way, the benefits of using paper roll traceability with the use of RFID technology, associated with the use of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) algorithms, providing excellent results, even with the use of human resources in the process.
