Dynamic analysis of the failure of an approximation of a coupled arm in a space station

Abstract
In this paper, we investigated the dynamic behavior of a low-gravity double pendulum as an approximation of a robotic arm with failures in its step motors that join the arms. Since the system is coupled to a rigid body of larger mass in the chaotic movement of the double pendulum does not move the structure. The dynamic behavior was analyzed through the 0-1 test, the bifurcation diagram and the recurrence graphs, in which two cases were analyzed. Case 1 with periodic movement and case 2 with periodic movement as preliminary results.
