CLASSIFICATION AND COMPARISON OF FLUIDIZED BED USED IN THE OXY-COMBUSTION PROCESS OF MINERAL COAL

Abstract
Fluidized Bed technology, coupled with oxy-combustion, has reduced the importance of pollutant emissions from coal burning processes for power generation, as well as providing higher energy efficiency and enabling the use of low heat power coals,as in the case of Brazilian coal. With a reduction in pollution levels, it is a method that can be used as a mineral product as a source of energy, so as to enjoy, as well as, its use because big abundance in the earth crust. The purpose of this paper is to classify and compare the fluidized beds used in the oxy-combustion process of coal, presentingsurvey of how they function, as characteristics of each model, in order to arrive at conditions for greater reduction of emissions and a higher energy efficiency. The methods used havebased on the literature review of published scientific articles on the subject, in order to carry out the survey of the necessary experimental data for analysis and comparisons. A complete study of Fluidized Bed technology have done about the subject. An analysis of the workings of the different types of readout has been obtained, as well as a given between them, this form, is considered as advantages and disadvantages and that presents the best yield for a certain operating condition. The combustion efficiency and the reduction of pollutant emissions in the burning process have also analyzed, as well as the identification of the parameters that influence the satisfactory performance of the factors.
