Transparent and conductive films of reduced graphene oxide: spray deposition and characterization

Abstract
Dispersions of graphene oxide (GO) and reduced graphene oxide (rGO) were used to produce thin films by spray coating method. Deposition parameters were varied to optimize the procedure. The films were characterized in relation to thickness, morphology, composition, transmittance and resistivity. The method was efficient in producing uniform layers with nanometric thicknesses, transparency and sheet resistance are close to those required for the application as a transparent and conductive contact in electronic devices.
