Abstract
The aim of this article is to present the development of a test bench that simulates oscillations of boat models, their instrumentation and the tests of an active system. The advantage of developing the experimental platform is that it does not require a test tank and the manufacture of a reduced the vessel model to perform experiments. This simplifies testing procedures and reduces costs.
