Abstract
This article presents a diversified artifice of a prototype explorer robot, designed to carry out high-risk operations for human life and to explore aggressive environments. In this context the exploratory robots aim to examine a particular environment and reveal their physical characteristics through sensors, using the Raspberry PI platform to control their movements, analysis and manipulation of objects in the environment. The developed design is a mechanical manipulator, device equipped with automated system and integrated with displacement control and partially autonomous, the camera (RaspCan) allows precise joint operations with the help of a manipulator claw. Its displacement is done by mats in both adaptation bands that ensures uneven floors. By completing the way this handler is designed, it allows precise and safe operations, so all communication is done via wireless network using a C language software application for the Wiringpi library, making it possible to environmental analysis by the camera connected to the controller, which allows real-time image transmission. The whole system can be controlled by cell phones, tablets and notebooks, allowing your controller not to be in an unhealthy and unsafe area.
