Abstract
The present work investigates the planar heated jet using high-ordered and Essentially Non-Oscillatory scheme on the framework of direct numerical simulation of a two dimensional domain with uniform velocity profile. Numerical findings are in agreement with the current understanding of turbulent jet flows.
