 Title:
DETERMINAÇÃO DE UM FATOR DE CORREÇÃO PARA A RADIAÇÃO SOLAR DIFUSA MEDIDA COM ANEL DE SOMBREAMENTO

Summary :
ABSTRACT. GROUND STATIONS WORLDWIDE USUALLY PERFORM THE MEASUREMENT OF DIFFUSE SOLAR RADIATION AT THE SURFACE BY USING SHADE-RING DEVICES. THESE DEVICES ARE CONSIDERABLY CHEAPER THEN THE MANUALLY OR MOTOR-DRIVEN SHADE-DISK. THE SHADE-RING MEASUREMENT USUALLY UNDERESTIMATE THE DIFFUSE SOLAR RADIATION BY AN AVERAGE ERROR OF 10%, SO THAT A CORRECTION FACTOR IS USED IN ORDER TO CORRECT THE SHADE-RING DERIVED DATA. THE PRESENT WORK IS CONCERNED WITH THE ANALYSIS OF THREE CORRELATIONS REPORTED IN THE TECHNICAL LITERATURE. THE STUDY IS LIMITED TO THE GROUND STATION OF FLORIANÓPOLIS. KEYWORDS: SOLAR ENERGY, SOLAR RADIATION MEASUREMENTS, DIFFUSE SOLAR RADIATION
