 AN IMPROVED NUMERICAL SCHEME TO CALCULATE ALL SPEED FLOWS ON
 UNSTRUCTURED MESHES IS PRESENTED. THE NAVIER-STOKES EQUATIONS ARE
 SOLVED BOTH FOR INTERNAL AND EXTENAL LAMINAR FLOWS.  THREE CHANNEL
 CONFIGURATIONS ARE USED TO VALIDATE THE SCHEME TO INTERNAL FLOWS AND
 A FLAT PLATE WITH DIFFERENT REYNOLDS NUMBERS IS USED TO VALIDATE FOR
 EXTERNAL FLOWS.  THE RESULTS ARE COMPARED WITH ANALYTICAL SOLUTIONS
 AND NUMERICAL SOLUTIONS PRESENTED AT THE LITERATURE.
