 Title:
A PARTICULAR ANEMOMETER OF HOT WIRE: PROJECT AND CALIBRATION

Summary :
THE MAIN CARACTERISTC OF THE NATURAL CONVECTION HEAT TRANSMISSION IS THE ATTAINED LOW VELOCITY BY THE WORK FLUID. THE CHOICE OF THE INSTRUMENT TO MEASURE THE AIR FLOW VELOCITY CONSTITUTE A CRITICAL POINT TO DEVELOPED WORKS IN LABORATORY S RESEARCHS. TO THIS FINALITY WAS DEVELOPED A INSTRUMENT TO MEASURE AIR FLUX USING CONSTANT CURRENT HOT WIRE ENSUING CARACTERISTCS: REPEATABILITY, DURABILITY, CAPABILITY TO MEASURE IN SEVERAL OUTLETS RANGES AND PRACTICABILITY OF HANDLING. DETERMINED THE ADEQUATED KIND OF SUPPORT TO FIX THE WIRE AND THE WIRE S MATERIALS APPLIED LIKE ELECTRIC RESISTANCE, IT WAS POSSIBLE TO SELECT THE WIRE AND SUPPORT MATERIALS CAPABLES TO SATISFY THE BEFORHAND DETERMINED CONDITIONS. THIS INSTRUMENT WAS PROPERLY GAUGED, ESTABLISHING THE OUTLET X VOLTAGE CALIBRATION CURVES TO SEVERAL WIRE S GEOMETRYS IN THE DETERMINED SUPPORT. KEY-WORDS: OUTLET METERS, HOT-WIRE, CONVECTION NATURAL
