CIEEMAT 2025 - IX Ibero-American Congress on Entrepreneurship, Energy, Environment and Technology

We are pleased to announce the IX Ibero-American Congress on Entrepreneurship, Energy, Environment and Technology (CIEEMAT 2025), which will be held from 26 to 28 November 2025 in Portalegre, Portugal.The IX CIEEMAT 2025 will have as its central theme Low Carbon Hydrogen, in line with the mission for which the congress was created, which is related to the consolidation of Portuguese-Brazilian and Ibero-American cooperation in the areas of energy efficiency; low carbon hydrogen; electrification; and carbon capture, storage and use, increasing international maturity and consolidating/enhancing cooperation between the institutions involved in the organisation. This is an international congress attended by delegates and speakers from different countries.

Submission of full paper: 15 September 2025
Notification of acceptance and revisions: 31 October 2025
Submission of final revised papers: 14 November 2025

I am pleased to inform you that the 17th International Conference on Thermal Engineering will be held in Valletta, Malta. This is in collaboration between the University of Malta and the Toronto Metropolitan University. The conference website can be accessed by clicking here, and the conference will be from June 22 to June 24, 2026. Malta is an island country in the Mediterranean Sea, located south of Sicily, Italy, and north of Tunisia and Libya on the North African coast. It is situated at the crossroads of Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. The extended anstract submission is open.

35th ICAS Congress - LAST Call for awards and General Lectures

This is the last call to invite you to propose suggestions for the ICAS General Lectures and Awards. As you might remember that the ICAS committees need some time to prepare and properly present this to you, we would like you to submit your suggestions not later that01 September, 2025.
We hereby invite you to submit proposals for suitable candidates for the following ICAS Awards and General Lectures to be presented at ICAS 2026 in Sydney, Australia.
*Daniel and Florence Guggenheim Memorial Lecture Award
The Distinguished Lectureship Award is intended primarily to recognize and honour a scientist or engineer of eminence who in a long and productive career has made a significant contribution to progress in aeronautics. By tradition this Award is proposed by the hosting society (Australia to propose for 2026).
*ICAS - Von Karman Award for International Cooperation in Aeronautics
Its purpose is to acknowledge exceptional achievement in international cooperation in the field of aeronautics, being awarded to a project or programme in which two or more countries are major participants and which is characterized by substantial technical achievement, scientific or technological advance or benefit to society. The Award is presented to a team made up of a representative of each participating country, nominated by that country as a leading contributor to its part in the project or programme.
*ICAS - Maurice Roy Award
Its purpose is to honour persons of distinction who have an exceptional record in fostering international cooperation between scientists by their personal participation and involvement in aeronautics.
*ICAS - Award for Innovation in Aeronautics*
Its purpose is to recognize contributions of an individual or a team effectively integrating a suite of advanced technologies, combined with new design and/or manufacturing processes, to create a new aeronautical system with significant worldwide impact. This impact may have been realized at the time of the award, or it may be a future impact that can be anticipated as a result of the achievement of the recipient(s).
*ICAS - John J. Green Award
Its purpose is to honour young persons of distinction who are demonstrating an exceptional record in fostering international cooperation between scientists by their personal participation and involvement in aeronautics. (Remark: younger than 40 years of age at the deadline date for the award nomination, i.e. 15 August 2025).
