Abstract
The BA-01 Teaching Bench was developed by 1ª Linha, in compliance with electrical and work safety standards, for carrying out industrial mechanical maintenance practices and vibration analysis. This work was characterized as a case study of a teaching bench of a university laboratory, whose operation is atypical, characterized by low operating frequency, low load, operation for short periods and the insertion of thermal and mechanical stresses. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a personalized preventive maintenance plan, aiming at extending the useful life of the equipment and accounting for the time between maintenance. Thus, this work aimed to develop a maintenance plan for the BA-01 teaching bench of the 1ª Linha brand, of the Mechanical Vibrations and Dynamics Laboratory (Lavidi) of the Itabira campus of the Federal University of Itajubá, addressing operations, preventive maintenance and a history recording methodology, based on concepts of continuous improvement considering the particularities of its use. For this purpose, the manufacturer's recommendations were considered, based on the 5W2H, SOD and NPR methodologies, in addition to the suggestion of KAIZEN improvements that can be implemented in the equipment
