STUDY OF COMPLEX PLANETARY GEAR TRAIN
GIVEN ITS SMALL DIMENSIONS, HIGH RELATION WEIGHT/POWER TRANSMITTED AND COMPACT ASSEMBLE OF COMPONENTS, THE PLANETARY GEARBOXES APPEAR LIKE IDEAL COMPONENTS IN MACHINES AND IN SMALL AND MEDIUM VEHICLES. THE HIGH DIFFICULT OF DESIGN THE PLANETARY BOXES CAN BE EASY SOLVED BY AN APPROPRIATE IMPLEMENTATION OF AN OPTIMIZATION PROCESS BY USEFUL LIFETIME, RELIABILITY OR ANY OTHER PARAMETER CONSIDERED ESSENTIAL IN THE PROJECT. THE WORK CONSIST, FIRST IN A REVIEW OF THE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS OF THE PLANETARY TRAINS, ASSOCIATED METHODOLOGIES, BEYOND A BIBLIOGRAPHY REVIEW ABOUT TYPES, MODERN APPLICATIONS AND PROJECT DETAILS THAT WILL BE INCORPORATED LIKE INFORMATION IN A SUPPORT AND OPTIMIZATION SOFTWARE. IT IS DONE A KINEMATIC AND TYPOLOGICAL EVALUATION OF THE PLANETARY KINEMATICS CHAINS, PARTICULARLY THE PLANETARY GEARBOXES USED IN MOTOR CARS KNOWN LIKE WILSON BOX. THE MODEL OF RECOGNITION OF THE KINEMATIC CHAINS AND THE TRANSMISSION RELATION WILL BE INSERT IN SOFTWARE OF KINEMATIC SYNTHESIS AND DYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF PLANETARY.
