ABSTRACT. THIS STUDY DESCRIBES A SIMULATION OF THE PROCESS OF THE SLIP CASTING UNDER PRESSURE,  THROUGH THE FILTRATION GENERAL THEORY  AS A MECHANISM OF THE KINETIC CONTROL OF THE PROCESS. THE SLIP TEMPERATURE, PRESSURE AND PERMEABILITY OF POLYMETHYLMETACRYLATE FOAMS WERE EVALUATED. SUBJECTIVE ANALYSIS OF THE SEPARATION OF THE GREEN BODY TO THE MOLD, AND THE IMPREGNATION OF THE PORES WITH SOLID PARTICULES FROM THE SLIP WERE ALSO APPOINTED. THESE TWO FEATURES, TOGETHER  WITH THE MECHANICALS PROPERTIES CAN  PROVIDE SUBSIDIES TO CHECK THE TIME LIFE OF THE MOLDS. THE STUDY SHOWS THE GREAT POTENTIAL OF THE PROCESS WITH VELOCITIES TEN TIMES HIGHER THAN THAT THE TRADITIONAL PROCESS. THIS STUDY ALSO DO AN USEFULL CONSIDERATION ABOUT GREEN DENSITY IN THE CERAMIC BODIES, AND ITS IMPORTANT FEATURES ON THE CONTROL OF MICROSTRUCTURE AND FIRED DENSITY OF TECHINICAL CERAMIC.
