The Conference took place at the Mercure Porto Alegre Manhattan Hotel, at rua Miguel Tostes, 30, in the friendly Moinhos de Vento neighborhood, with easy access to the airport and downtown Porto Alegre, Brazil.

About Porto Alegre

Porto Alegre is the capital and largest city in the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul. The city is the tenth most populous city in the country (population is about 1.5 million inhabitants) and the centre of Brazil's fourth largest metropolitan area. The city is the southernmost capital city of a Brazilian state, and one of the top cultural, political and economic centers of Brazil.
