Este
trabalho tem por finalidade analisar a influência dos parâmetros de pulso,
no processo MIG de soldagem, sobre a área de penetração e de reforço do
cordão de solda (diluição). Para tal finalidade, utilizou-se o Projeto e
Análise de Experimentos, em especial o Planejamento Fatorial Completo em
Dois Níveis com replicagem e aleatorização, para planejar e analisar os
dados, além do teste t para cálculo de significância dos efeitos.

paper has the aim to analyse the influence of pulse parameters on the
dilution of weld bead. of the GMAW proces For this purpose the design of experiments technique was used with the
application of the complete factorial design at two levels. All testes were
replicated and randomized, and the t test was used to the
analysis o f the significant effects influence.
