This present work is concerned about the study of energetic utilization of oil obtained from coconut peel, and the physicalchemical and rheological properties. The samples of coconut peel oil were obtained through Low Temperature Conversion Process - LTC, about 400° C, in the presence of inert atmosphere. From this process of acquisition of oil, three phases results: aqueous, gaseous, and solid. Some analysis with coconut peel oil were performed to determine parameters such as flash point, density, calorific power, and viscosity. The rheological tests performed with the samples at different temperatures (25, 60 e 90° C) show the fluid behavior. With this analysis the flow and viscosity curves were obtained. The rheological studies permit us to observe important difference properties such as the viscosity variation of sample with the temperature. Keywords.
