Summary :
|
IN OUR TIMES WE OBSERVE INNICIATIVES, INCLUDING GOVERNANMENTALS, IN THE WAY OF CHANGING THE FORM AND THE PROGRAMM OF THE TECHNICAL COURSES. BUT, BEFORE WE THINK IN CURICULUM CHANGES IT IS NECESSARY TO ANALYSE NEEDS THAT WILL BE PUT TO THE FUTURE TECHNICIAN BY SOCIETY AND PRODUCTION SYSTEM. MODERN SOCIETY IS MARKED BY AN INTENSE TECHNOLOGICAL ACTIVITY, BUT TECHNOLOGY IS NOT NEUTRAL, BECAUSE IT MODIFIES AND CREATE NEW BEHAVIOURS AND SOCIAL NEEDS, WICH MUST BE SEEN UNDER A CRITICAL LOOKING. ANY SOCIAL CHANGE MUST BE JUDGED BY SOCIETY, BECAUSE ROUTES DEVELOPED BY TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGES ARE NOT UNIQUE, BUT SUSCETIBLE OF CHANGING AND MUST BE CHOOSEN IN THE SENSE OF A IMPROVEMENT OF THE HUMAN ELEMENT AND ITS WELLFAIR. DECISIONS ABOUT THE TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGES CAN NOT BE RESTRICTED TO SIMPLE LOOKING TO THE MARKET AND SOCIETY WILL CHARGE THOSE PROFESSIONALS, AND OF THE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM, RESPONSABILITY AND DEMOCRATIZATION OF THOSE CHOOSINGS. TECHNICAL FORMATION IN BRAZIL WALKED TOGETHER WITH THE NEEDS OF THE TAYLORISTIC PRINCIPLES IN BRAZILIAN PRODUCTIVE SYSTEM. AFTER THE 70´S, THE TAYLORISTIC MODEL BEGIN TO BE REVISITED AND THIS CHANGE CAUSES A REORGANIZING OF PRODUCTION. INTENSE TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGE SEEN IN THIS END OF CENTURY PUTS THE NEEDS OF VERSATILE PROFESSIONALS AND WITH A WIDE CONTROL OF THE PROCESS. IN THIS ARTICLE, WE INTEND TO ANALYSE WICH ONE WILL BE THE METODOLOGY OF TEACHING THAT IS ADEQUATE TO THE QUESTIONS PUT TO TECHNICIANS OF THE FUTURE; TO GET THIS, WE WILL DO A BRIEF REVISION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF TECHNICAL COURSES IN BRAZIL.
