ABSTRACT. THE INROWASP (IN ROTATE WATER SPINNING PROCESS) IT IS USED FOR CASTING OF METALLIC FILAMENTS FROM LIQUID STATE. IT MAKES WIRE WITH AMORPHOUS OR MICROCRISTALIN STRUCTURE WITCH HAVE EXCELLENT MAGNETIC PROPERTIES. SUCH WIRES ARE AT ABOUT 0,00008 – 0,0001M DIAMETERS. HOWEVER OF FOLLOWING PROCESS VARIABLES INFLUENCE ON UNIFORMITY OF THE WIRES: EJECTION PRESSURE, DRUM ROTATING, EJECTION ANGLE, NOZZLE DIAMETER AND THE AQUEOUS SOLUTION OF UCON OF UNION CARBIDE. IT WAS THE FRACTION FACTORIES PLANNING PROCESS FOR MINIMISING THE NUMBER OF EXPERIMENTS. WIRES WERE PRODUCED WITH AL-10,0(WT)CU ALLOY. AND IT WAS ANALYSED THE UNIFORMITY OF THE WIRES.
